• Add AgentScope Dependencies Bom.
• Use bom dependencies.
• Fix missing agentscope-core dependency problem.

1. Thank you for your contribution! Please update the dependencies in the BOM to the latest versions, as Dependabot has already upgraded some of them.
2. Apologies for not being clear in the issue. For AgentScope's version management, we need to add a new agentscope-bom module under agentscope-distribution to manage all internal dependencies.

@AlbumenJ I've updated the code completely. And I think the agentscope-dependencies-bom dependencies configuration can be moved to agentscope-parent in next version, WDYT.
