Validate de-referenced documents

Can de-referenced document be validated here - [code link](https://github.com/agentfront/mcp-from-openapi/blob/main/src/generator.ts#L164 )? We are occasionally running into validation errors if we run validator on original document but we are not seeing the error when we run validator on de-referenced document.
