@nduchak where can I find the pointer keys in the protocol specification? wasn't able to find them in the past.

so following keys are possible?

• account_pubkey
• oracle_pubkey
• oracle_pubkey
• contract_pubkey
• channel

we also need that for our java-sdk (kryptokrauts/aepp-sdk-java#57)
