[ENH] Port in InceptionTime, FCN and ResNet for clustering

After the port of inceptionTime, FCN and ResNet for classification in #134 , they should be adapted for clustering, this should be easy given the shared network code.

Would love to work on this one.

I can see that aeon/classification/deep_learning/_inception_time.py has implementation of IndividualInceptionClassifier as well as its ensemble model InceptionTimeClassifier, so I believe it should be similar in the clustering module as well.

Moreover, I can also see that it uses aeon/networks/_inception.py under the hood, so I believe it should be similar as well.

I'd love to take on the issue, as I'm already planning to send a proposal for implementing the deep learning sub-module under the forecasting module, so this will be hands-on for me.

inceptionTime wouldnt make sense for clustering (ensemble of clusterers), individual inception yes, although we havent implemented it as it does not exist yet, and it has some raised questions on how to handle the deocder, so i wouldnt recommend working on it @inclinedadarsh , it is easier to work on models that exist already. I prefer having incepiton auto encoder clustering model once we prove it makes sense in research

While researching about it yesterday, all the resources I found were regarding classification and not clustering; hence I was going to reach out to the team via slack today.

If there exists no research on how InceptionTime clustering should be implemented, then I believe it makes sense to not work on this.

Un-assigning myself from it for now.
