Print Stylesheets

We need to add print style sheets to the system. These would be basic sheets that make sure the images get printed, margins are correct for articles, menus and Sabbath column hidden, and footer simple.

@designerbrent - I'm going to estimate 12 hours for this, but I think it will take less. Working this in with my current workload I'd estimate about a week of calendar time for a turnaround on this for your review. I'll start on this tomorrow if I can, or Monday at the latest. I am accounting for any tweaks or revisions you'd like to have to get it to present exactly as you want.

@designerbrent - I just pushed up a branch for this (v3.510-print-styles) but it is still a work in progress. There's still a lot of tweaking to be done to get a good consistency between all the different patterns and templates. I really wanted to get this completed for you today but I don't feel it is quite there yet, so I pushed this up so you can review the progress. The main issue I can see is making sure that content elements don't get broken over different pages. I also encountered a lot of difficulty trying to get the breakout image module to print because the background-image property for that is being overridden to 'none' and I'm not sure how to fix that. I will get with you first thing when I get back in next Thursday to shore this up and address your feedback / direction on how you want this to present. Thanks!
