Menu overlays the sabbath column on page load

On every new page load, The primary navigation (menu) overlays the sabbath column. If you resize the browser smaller than 1280px, overlays disappears, and a plus "+" appears.
But after new page load, doesn't matter what page size, menu overlays the sabbath column again.

As soon as the browser is resized, the JS kicks in and reformats the menu correctly.
