Define schema & Cross-Market Tagging

Objective: Ensure both platforms map into one unified format so downstream analytics are platform-agnostic.
 
Acceptance criteria:

- A single function outputs platform, market_id, market_slug(optional), title, implied_prob, timestamp
- Implement market matcher using title similarity
- A single table that shows probability scores for kalshi and polymarket for the mapped market
