Description
Objective: Verify free-tier access + rate limits for NewsAPI, Kalshi, and Polymarket, and lock an MVP scope.
Acceptance criteria:
• NewsAPI call succeeds and returns ≥20 articles with title/source/time/url
• Kalshi + Polymarket calls succeed and return market list + current implied prob
• Rate limits + any historical-depth constraints for all 3 APIs are written in README
• MVP scope defined (which categories/markets we'll cover first)written in README
• “Basket” defined in 2–3 lines + one example (how markets are grouped + how probs are combined) written in README
