Navigation Stops on Mobile Safari 5.x

Attempting to use your demo on iPad with IOS 5.1 and Mobile Safari 5.1, can navigate one menu item, however attempting to navigate another menu item fails like as though the menu is locked out unless you move/scroll the page.

After moving/scrolling the page (even just by a tiny amount) enables the menu item again.
