Create a github actions workflow for publishing process of SecureStorage2.0 library
On new tag run these steps:
- AssembleDebug
- Run Tests
- Publish library aar to jCenter
- Upload debug apk as github release (https://github.com/ShaunLWM/action-release-debugapk)
- Notify adorsys slack channel
