Fine to have as placeholder and fix with correct release version later, and if really want, can even do dry-run for installer build |

we might need a big rebase from https://github.com/adoptium/installer/pull/625/files if it gets merged first. |

Fixes #626
This PR adds the initial packaging for JREs & JDKs for version 20. The version numbers in the template files will be updated during the release ( as is typical ), place holder version of 20.0.0.0.0+1 has been used.
