Create missing playbooks for services machines

I recently had to rebuild the api server and created a playbook for it here alongside @sxa555's jckservices playbook. We should create a playbook for all of the other services so I will use this issue to track the progress of this.

List of playbooks to be added:

• Keybox
• Possibly the CI's?

Please edit this issue and add new services if there are any that I have missed.
