Switch DNS for bastillion to use adoptium.net

We should move bastillion over to bastillion.adoptium.net

Steps:

• Setup A record for bastillion.adoptium.net
• Generate a new SSL cert (@sxa I might need your help to work out where the current cert is stored)
• Create full redirect in cloudflare
