Populate upstream reference in resolution artifact
The new resolution file leaves Upstream ref as a placeholder (\), so there is no traceable upstream issue/PR to verify what was actually ported. Because this commit is marked as closing #432, the missing source reference makes parity auditing and future maintenance ambiguous and can cause the item to be treated as resolved without a verifiable upstream anchor.

Add concrete evidence paths for the claimed resolution
Both entries under Evidence Paths are placeholders (- \), so the document provides no concrete files/commits proving the sender-auth gating work exists. That blocks reviewers from validating the claimed resolution and weakens the lane-tracking process this artifact is intended to support.

Closes #432
Adds a dedicated resolution artifact for this OpenClaw parity item and ties it to the lane execution backlog.
