Replace placeholder upstream reference
The Upstream ref field is left as a literal \, so this resolution record does not identify the upstream change that supposedly satisfies issue #428. That breaks traceability for anyone trying to verify parity work later, because there is no source commit/issue to audit against.

Populate evidence paths with real artifacts
Both entries under Evidence Paths are placeholders (\), which means the document provides no concrete locations to validate the SSRF hardening claim. As written, this file cannot be used to reproduce or review the resolution, undermining its purpose as an issue-resolution artifact.

Closes #428
Adds a dedicated resolution artifact for this OpenClaw parity item and ties it to the lane execution backlog.
