docs(storybook): add documentation to filter s2 components

Description

This PR adds a small section of documentation regarding S2-migrated components. There is a built in filter in the Storybook toolbar for tags, so the docs point consumers to that filter.

How and where has this been tested?

Validation steps

• Pull down the branch to run locally, or visit the deploy preview.
• Visit the "Migration Guide" page.
• Verify that the new "Migrated components" section is grammatically correct, and makes sense.
• Follow the instructions in that ☝️ section. Verify that the list of components in the sidebar changes to the components that CSS has already migrated to S2.
  • There are 4 components that seem to be missing: accordion, action bar, clear button, combobox. This scope doesn't include investigating why those are not appearing in the migrated component list, when they all include the type: "migrated" and status: { type: "migrated"} code. 🤷‍♀️

Regression testing

Validate:

1. The documentation pages for at least two other components are still loading, including:

• The pages render correctly, are accessible, and are responsive.

2. If components have been modified, VRTs have been run on this branch:

• VRTs have been run and looked at.
• Any VRT changes have been accepted (by reviewer and/or PR author), or there are no changes.
