Help > About Brackets dialog does not show proper branch when running off of an upstream branch

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go into Brackets repo on commandline.
2. Run git checkout upstream/dangoor/add-react, which assumes the following remote:
   • upstream: https://github.com/adobe/brackets.git
3. Open The Help > About Brackets dialog.
4. On first line, the commit hash will be ({0} e12e842f4). Expected: (upstream/dangoor/add-react e12e842f4)

Notes:
The Brackets-Git extensions displays the expected value in the sidebar.

The reason brackets-git has access to the actual remote branch, whilst Brackets will only show the commit, is simply that brackets-git is firing a git command, while Brackets is only reading [Brackets folder]/.git/HEAD, which consists of only the commit SHA in a detached HEAD case.
Of course, we could fire a git command as well, but that would be pretty overkill considering it's only ever needed for dev builds.
I'd suggest showing either HEAD or detached HEAD in such cases.

As a simple solution, Brackets should (at least) not show the {0} placeholder.

@Mark-Simulacrum If it only doesn't work in an upstream branch and it's a cosmetic issue then it probably isn't going to be something that will get fixed in core. We'd be happy to take a pull request to fix the issue if it doesn't break core.
