Image path hinting error

when hitting cntl+space to get a relative path for a project, entering "../" forces an absolute path.

Using latest build: sprint 34 experimental build 0.34.1-10733. First noticed in this build.

Good catch. I verified that this does not happen in Sprint 33 build, so I suspect it was introduced with new file system changes.

I noticed another issue that there is no filtering on first char typed.
