Cmd-A doesn't work in Save As dialog

Only tested on Mac.

1. Cmd-N to create a new file
2. Cmd-S to save it
3. With focus in the filename field at the top, hit Cmd-A

Result: Nothing happens.

There's no filename edit field in the Open dialog. There is a search field in both dialogs, but the hotkey combination doesn't work there either.

fyi- it doesn't appear as if any Cmd+ hotkeys work in those two dialogs, including the clipboard Cmd+C, +X, or +V.

Yup. Cmd-V is broken in the JS "prompt" dialog as well (not commonly used, but Emmet uses it for things like Wrap with Abbrevation and it's annoying that it doesn't work).

This is due to the JS-driven menus in Brackets Shell. Since we don't have a "standard" Edit menu, system controls don't get Cut/Copy/Paste/Select All shortcuts. You can use a context menu for Cut/Copy/Paste, but not for select all.

Marking move to backlog since this will require re-thinking the Edit menu on the mac. We may need to have a pre-defined Edit menu with the standard Edit menu items, and map those items to the equivalent brackets commands.
