[quick doc] Corrupted quick doc content for "quotes" property.

1. Type "quotes" in a css file and press Ctrl+K to bring up Quick Doc.

Result: You see the content on the right as

There are two separate bugs here:

• <string> -- The value name is getting double-escaped. @adrocknaphobia if you can confirm the VALUES[].TITLE field is always escaped when output to the JSON then I'll turn off the escaping on the Brackets side.
• The -- The content is getting truncated where there's a quotation mark in the original wiki page. @adrocknaphobia looks like this is a bug in the JSON generation code.
