Description

[Brackets auto-update][Multi Window] Update notification bar appears in another window instead of the window from which action is done.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch brackets 1.13.
2. Go to Debug > New Brackets Window.
3. Create a new file in new brackets window.
4. Make the file dirty.
5. Switch back to main window.
6. Go to Help Menu.
7. Click on Check for Updates.
8. Click on Get it Now button.
9. Download complete update info bar will appear in the main window.
10. Click on Restart
11. You will see a Save Changes dialogue in newly opened brackets window.
12. Click on Cancel.
13. Go back to main window.
14. Click on Check for updates button.
15. The update notification bar appears in another window.

Expected behavior: The Update Notification bar should appear in same window from which action was done.

Actual behavior: [Brackets auto-update] Update notification bar appears in another window instead of the window from which action is done.
