Error when uploading public key file #186

Expected Behaviour

Public key should be uploaded to the selected project/workspace

Actual Behaviour

It fails with following error
Error: [CoreConsoleAPISDK:ERROR_UPLOAD_AND_BIND_CERTIFICATE] 400 - Bad Request ("No certificate attached"). Please note that it fails for Node 18.X on Windows 11, it worked with Node 14.X on Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce

  1. aio login
  2. Set the Org, Project and Workspace
  3. Generate certificate using aio certificate generate
  4. Upload public key file using - aio console publickey upload certificate_pub.crt
