Expected Behaviour
Public key should be uploaded to the selected project/workspace
Actual Behaviour
It fails with following error
Error: [CoreConsoleAPISDK:ERROR_UPLOAD_AND_BIND_CERTIFICATE] 400 - Bad Request ("No certificate attached"). Please note that it fails for Node 18.X on Windows 11, it worked with Node 14.X on Windows 11

Steps to Reproduce
- aio login
- Set the Org, Project and Workspace
- Generate certificate using aio certificate generate
- Upload public key file using - aio console publickey upload certificate_pub.crt
