/$value for Submodels must not start with "submodelElements"

What happens?

The return object for submodel/$value currently has a "submodelElements" array of complete SubmodelElements.

Why is this wrong?

The intended behaviour is to have a reduced response, only containing the values.

How should it be fixed?

Remove "submodelElements" from SubmodelValue, adjust the examples in the document.

Fixed it in the V3.0.2 document.

@BirgitBoss Why has this be reopened after being fixed in v3.0.2 without further comment? Can we close this now or what is still missing to resolve this?

Closing and reopening as well as adding and removing the tag was done at the same day, therefore I assume the error was to close it in the first place
