The roadmap is directional rather than a release commitment. Priorities evolve with contributor, advisor, and self-hosting feedback.

Near term

• Improve backup verification, migration checks, and operational health monitoring.
• Add Strategic Report version history, retry controls, and clearer generation diagnostics.
• Improve invitations, permissions, activity history, and collaborative workflows.
• Expand automated coverage for generation, persistence, authentication, and responsive UI.

Later

• More funding-catalog connectors and scheduled-sync observability.
• Editable forecast assumptions, scenarios, and export-ready formats.
• Richer document editing, review comments, and package exports.
• Administrator controls for report cover logos, backgrounds, themes, and alignment.
• Additional locales, integration APIs, and webhooks.

Completed foundations

• Structured report cover pages and matching web, DOCX, and PDF previews.
• Configurable report sections, document types, agents, prompts, layouts, and ordering.
• Shared multilingual funding catalog and paginated Grants & Loans directory.
• Administrator-initiated update checks and private update installation flow.
