[ENHANCEMENT]: Help avoiding the assignment of wrong reviewers #772

Your proposed enhancement
Timed offers the possibility to assign a reviewer to every customer, project and task to verify reported work time entries.
The dropdown for this shows all the usernames ever existed in Timed. This makes it hard to choose the correct one and is prone to error, which then lead to reports not verified. Examples are "martinw" vs. "martinwe" or "stefanh" vs "stephanh".
Two small enhancements could help with this.
- Limit the dropdown to only show active users/employees
- Use full names instead of usernames
Enhancement Impact
Reviewer role gets correctly assigned, and all reports get verified in time and consequently invoiced.
