[BUG]: Booking time on archived tasks

Description

Hi,

While playing around with the activity api, I noticed that it's possible to book time on archived tasks if you start an activity and then use the "generate timesheet" button to create the actual time booking.

Is this intended?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Search an archived task
2. Do API call to start activity for that task
3. Stop activity
4. Click "generate timesheet" in the WebUI

Expected Behavior

I'd expect an error if I try to book time for an archived task.
