Fixes adenhq#2864 The Docker badge links to a non-existent Docker Hub repo. Removing until the image is published (see ROADMAP.md).

The Docker badge in the README links to
https://hub.docker.com/u/adenhqwhich returns "repo not found" since the Docker image hasn't been published yet (per ROADMAP.md).This PR removes the badge until the image is available.
