Fix: Add change summary, fixed date format

• Hard coded supplementEntry from new Journal({ supplementEntry }) as its definition didn't need to be optional and was needed throughout to pretty print correctly
• Corrected logger date format to a more universal yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss.ms so that it clarifies the american (mm/dd/yyyy) vs european (dd/mm/yyyy) date format differences
• Allow Task to pretty print journal output as a summary of changes after each test and after all scripts have run
• Stopped the task runner from returning early so that the pretty print will happen at the end of each run
