Use contextActivities API and update unavailable logic for objectives

Align plugin to adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-core#670, to use the contextActivities API to include associated contentObjects for recorded interactions via cmi.interactions.n.objectives.

Amend logic so unavailable contentObjects objectives are recorded with a completion_status of 'unknown' - adaptlearning/adapt-contrib-spoor#332.
