Ability to remove players

Unfortunately someone who signed up during the testing process was still in the game on the night and complained about too many SMS broadcasts... Ideally we'd have a proper admin interface to remove players, reset the game etc...

Yep, we need a proper CRUD interface for editing the game. Just simple
table based.
