Support for Thunderbird 78.
I've tested on Thunderbird 78.6, though Thunderbird 78.5 should work. Anything lower I am not sure about.
I think I managed to not break any of the browsers, but I can't say for sure about Zotero and the like.
Due to addon store policies, I cannot publish on ATN unless the author (Adam) agrees. The alternative is for me to create a fork. For now I am not going to take any action.
There is a build in my fork for anyone who wishes to try it out.
