Add board files for Lolin S3 PRo #9017

Would appreciate if the CPY team add the files for the board: Lolin S3 Pro, under:
/ports/espressif/boards

To assist, I modified the files that are present for the Lolin S3. See below and please check.
Regarding the file: pins.c, at the end I commented out the definition for UART because this board does not
have a 2nd USB-C connector called UART like the Lolin S3 board has. I hope I have done OK with commenting out this UART definition.
In file mpconfigboard.mk the definition for USB_PID I copied from: PIDs
