Support for Elite-Pi boards

I would love to see a CircuitPython build for Elite-PI from keeb.io (here)[https://keeb.io/products/elite-pi-usb-c-pro-micro-replacement-rp2040]

The Elite-Pi is strikingly similar to the 42. keebs Frood, with just a couple of pins different in layout.

Hopefully not to difficult to port, I'm going to try to implement it myself and put together a PR
