Vertical garden cp7

Updates for cp7 Ref: #1603

Also added the required fonts and their license to the repo.

Tested by running on CLUE 7.0.0 alpha 5, but without any external hardware.

Guide updates:

• The font.zip link on this page: https://learn.adafruit.com/clue-vertical-garden-weather-visualizer/software seems to contain font files that are different from the ones used by the project. The screenshot contains the font name and I was able to find it with an open license on Google Fonts
• There are code snippets that will need to be updated on this page: https://learn.adafruit.com/clue-vertical-garden-weather-visualizer/customizing-your-code

Looks good to me. Just the license filename needing changed.
