Description
This PR upgrades IORedis to v.5 to support new features (most prominent is support for username in redis connections). Additionally, Typescript and ESLint Typescript plugins are upgraded.
Currently, it's not possible to connect to an instance of Redis that requires username in addition to password.
The upgraded IORedis version supports authenticating with username in addition to passwords.
