DTLE-mapping： create new schema and table with Regular expression not support in mapping

when a mapping job has Regular expression schema and table ，create a new table or schema,
the name change failed.

solve in Dtle 2.19.07.0 (git: 2.19.07.0 ebdb31e)
but still has issue #481
