ghcup set is not run when the desired ghc version is found in the cache #36
Description
I am having this issue on a MacOS github hosted runner with this action:

ghc-version: 8.8.4The output from setup-haskell is:

Resolved latest to 3.2.0.0

But running ghcup list later in the workflow shows
