Frustratingly, this error message doesn't appear to live in the actions org. -- If it did, I'd file a bug about the grammar and readability. Using HttpClient.Timeout without `HttpClient.Timeout` makes it look like a typo, and I'm not a fan of elapsing -- I'd rather elapsed (even if it requires rewording the prose).
