Description

@brianveltman

Hi,

Im switching to the client-id param.
After doing so, the task fails with:

Run actions/create-github-app-token@1b10c78c7865c340bc4f6099eb2f838309f1e8c3
  with:
    client-id: *******
    owner: brianveltman
    skip-token-revoke: false
    github-api-url: https://api.github.com/
Input 'repositories' is not set. Creating token for all repositories owned by brianveltman.
Error: [@octokit/auth-app] privateKey option is required
Error: [@octokit/auth-app] privateKey option is required

step in GH workflow:

   steps:
      - name: Create GitHub App token
        uses: actions/create-github-app-token@1b10c78c7865c340bc4f6099eb2f838309f1e8c3 # v3.1.1
        id: app-token
        with:
          client-id: ${{ vars.ACTIONS_APP_CLIENT_ID }}
          private-key: ${{ secrets.ACTIONS_APP_PRIVATE_KEY }}
          owner: ${{ github.repository_owner }}

Client ID variable does exist, so does the private key secret.

    That error usually indicates the private key is empty. I added validation for it in #376 to provide a better error message.
