[UI] Update Optimism branding to "OP Mainnet" (logo & chain name)

Background:
Optimism has officially rebranded its Layer 2 blockchain network from “Optimism” to “OP Mainnet”. The rebranding has been publicly announced and adopted across major platforms such as CoinMarketCap and other crypto data aggregators.

Issue:
Our current implementation still references the chain as “Optimism” and uses the outdated logo. To maintain accuracy and consistency with the latest naming standards and branding, we should update all relevant parts of the project (UI, documentation, metadata, etc.) to reflect the new name “OP Mainnet” and the correct logo.

Suggested Changes:

• Update the chain name from “Optimism” to “OP Mainnet” wherever it appears in the codebase or UI.

• Replace the outdated logo with the latest official branding assets from OP official site here.
