The Option --nocron seems to be an alternative to --no-cron but was not documented

don't use the old name "--nocron", it's there to keep compatibliby, but not recommended to use anymore. |

In #220 the --nocron option was introduced and along the way was changed to --no-cron.
But according to the code both are still vaild, thus I added to old option to the help output.
This fixes #5270
