[Survey Accounts] CreateSurvey - Error messages are no more highlighted

Describe the bug
When you try to create a survey and there is an error; it is no more highlighted and even couldn't notice; It appears as a normal text message.

This, seems to be working also confirmed by @sruthymathew123 . Maybe other PR already fixed intentionally or not :)
