Loris Menu Filter on Candidate Sex not working #7492

Describe the bug
When adding a menu filter for the candidate sex, filtering on male is returning female as the SQL query is using candidate.sex LIKE '%male% instead of candidate.sex = 'male'. Seems the substring if condition was not properly updated to use the sex string length.

Steps to reproduce the behavior (attach screenshots if applicable):
Unsure of with core modules still use POST to preform menu filters. Most see to be reactified.
What did you expect to happen?
Expected only male candidates to return.
