When merged this pull request will:

Close CUP Vehicles missing ace_hunterkiller implementation #10789
It's difficult to find out exactly which vehicles had this system or an analogue of it, but it seems that rudimentary versions were available as early as the M47 Patton and T-55


          Add ace_hunterkiller to most CUP tanks and some IFVs
