Update script & notebook that converts CSV to talks & publication markdown files

These scripts in markdown_generator are what I used on staeiou.github.io, and I've made improvements to academicpages since then. I'm not sure if they work out of the box, and they aren't documented very well. Also, the source CSV should be updates so they generate the files in academicpages, rather than the ones from my site.

Hi @willtm, I've updated the publications Jupyter notebook and added a python script in markdown_generator (commit a145cbd). I still have to do talks, as it is a slightly different format. But hope that helps!

I've just updated the Jupyter notebook for talks and the corresponding python scripts. Commit 4528221. So now, the scripts and notebooks for talks and publications generate the markdown files used in this repo. The documentation for the process is in the notebook files, which you can view on GitHub. And you can run the python script if you're not a Jupyter user.
