[BUG]: `silent` not working

I use the js api like this:

import { generateApi } from 'swagger-typescript-api';

generateApi({
  ...,
  silent: true
})

The option doesn't work and i see the log output

This broke with the release of 13.0.22. Rolling back to 13.0.21 is a "workaround" until this is resolved.
