Include the host OS/arch/OS version/Python version that is running scancode in the scan headers #2654
Description
This is helpful for debugging and we are missing this information in the scans. This should be added to the headers and should be a good first issue. See the JSON output format and the scancode/cli.py script to understand how headers are created.
