Incorrect file does not exist error

The tool yield

```
ERROR: The file, gpl-3.0-plus.LICENSE in 'license_file' field does not exist
```

even the `gpl-3.0-plus.LICENSE` exist.

Note that this error only exist if `--extract_license` option is set.
