Add keyboard shortcut hints to Search Palette

The Search Palette (Cmd/Ctrl+K) works well but doesn't display any visual hints about available keyboard shortcuts inside the UI. It would improve discoverability to show a small legend at the bottom of the palette, for example, showing arrow keys to navigate, Enter to select, and Escape to close. This is a purely frontend change in components/SearchPalette.tsx
