Fix CSS issues on the demo:

  • bump up fonts below the lg breakpoint
  • add min-width for the container
  • correct sizing for avatars on below lg breakpoint
  • display name label on image elements
  • position correctly elements on slides below the lg breakpoint
  • adjust header spacing
